Your right to cancel

This is general information, not legal advice. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy goods from a UK business online you generally have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. There are some exceptions, for example for goods that are made to your specification or personalised. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
